Managing Partner

Sukardi merited and hold a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Institute Pertanian Bogor (IPB) or the Bogor Institute of Agriculture in 1982. A member of the Masyarakat Profesi Penilai Indonesia (MAPPI) or the Indonesian Society of Professional Appraisers and the Gabungan Perusahaan Penilai Indonesia (GAPPI) or the Association of Indonesian Appraisal Companies. He is also a registered certified valuer from the Ujian Sertifikasi Penilai (USP) and is a member of the Board of Examiners for Appraisers/Valuers certification examination (USP). A senior USP certified valuer/appraiser accumulating in excess of 28 years in the valuation professions practical experience is very knowledgeable in property and business valuation including other related consultancy, feasibility studies, project monitoring, etc.

Israr Zen merited and hold a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) or the Bogor Institute of Agriculture in 1982. A member of the Masyarakat Profesi Penilai Indonesia (MAPPI) or the Indonesian Society of Professional Appraisers and the Gabungan Perusahaan Penilai Indonesia (GAPPI) or the Association of Indonesian Appraisal Companies. He is also a registered certified valuer from the Ujian Sertifikasi Penilai (USP) and is a member of the Board of Examiners for Appraisers/Valuers certification examination (USP). A senior USP certified valuer/appraiser accumulating in excess of 28 years in the valuation practical profession experience. He specializes in project feasibility studies and debt/business restructuring assignments in the industrial and property areas.

MUHAMMAD ABGARI, ST., B.Eng., M.M.

Muhammad Abgari merited and hold a Masters Degree in Finance from the reputable Universitas Indonesia (University of Indonesia) in 2007. He secured his double Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia and the University of Indonesia in 2004. He developes broad knowledge in the valuation/appraisal descipline by attending and completing various specific appraisal courses and training. He accumulated a number of experiences in finance and the mining industry. Proficient and in depth knowledge to undertake feasibility studies, valuation, research and marketing.

Ir. Saprida, MAPPI (Cert)

Partner/Medan Branch Manager

Saprida holds a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture from Universitas Sumatra Utara (The University of North Sumatra (USU) at Medan, North Sumatra. She is a member of the Masyarakat Profesi Penilai Indonesia (MAPPI) or the Indonesian Society of Professional Appraisers and the Gabungan Perusahaan Penilai Indonesia (GAPPI) or the Indonesian Appraisal Companies Association. She is a registered certified valuer from the Ujian Sertifikasi Penilai (USP). As senior advisor that has logged 2.2 decades of valuation experiences, proficient in conducting feasibility studies and undertaking debt/business restructuring both in industry and property.
